I'm not medical advice
For anything involving your skin health, I recommend talking to a doctor or a dermatologist. I stay on the general skincare side of things.
I don't make you fill out forms, I don't tell you to 'set your goals'. We get to know each other, we talk a little, then we build your routine together. If you skip a day I don't get upset — the next day we start again with something small.
A lot of skincare apps hand you a checklist: do this, don't do that, score, success. I'm not like that.
Skincare is an emotional thing. Some days you hold on to your routine tightly, some days you skip three in a row. Both are normal. I'm the same with you either way.
I don't say "you're doing great!" out of fake politeness. When a decision is hard, I'm here. When your product has been open for 5 months, I remind you. When the air is dry, I suggest adding one more drop to your routine.
Now and then, a small note: "Maybe you'd like to add an SPF? It's the smallest kindness you can do for your skin."
Most of the time I'm quiet. Just a small nudge, at the right moment. We promise, we don't overdo it.
No words like "Complete your profile", "Set up your goals", "Personalize your experience". Instead, a warm sentence, a question, a small note.
"Alright Ayşe, here we go. From here on, we do this together. If you get stuck on something, tell me and we'll sort it out."
"You skipped yesterday. It happens, let's keep going. Something small today is enough."
"How does your skin behave? Not sure? Pick the closest one — we can change it anytime."
"Want me to remind you? Morning and evening, just twice. I promise I won't overdo it."
"Maybe you'd like to add an SPF? It's the smallest kindness you can do for your skin."
"Tell me, what are you into?"
Always "you", always "with you". Not fake politeness, a real conversation. Not a cousin, not a friend — just Kuzi.
Not "Select your interests", but "Tell me, what are you into?" Not a form, a conversation.
"Not sure? Pick the closest one — we can change it anytime." No pressure to decide.
I don't say "you broke your streak". I say "It happens, let's keep going." I don't punish, I keep you company.
No phrases like "Complete your profile" or "Set up your goals". Instead, "Let's look together", "Let's set yours up".
"Alright Ayşe, here we go." Not too formal, not too many emoji. A balanced warmth.

I don't collect identifiers for ad trackers or third-party ad networks. I don't sell your data for advertising.
Notifications at two times: morning and evening. No back-to-back reminders, and no nudges at night.
