Using the app

What exactly does Kuzi do?
Kuzi helps you organize your skincare routine, track your products, get reminders and keep a skin diary. Product-based tracking — it runs on your real serums, creams and masks. More detail: features page.
Is Kuzi medical advice?
No. Kuzi is a general skincare guide and doesn't replace medical diagnosis or treatment. For anything involving your skin health, we recommend talking to a doctor or a dermatologist.
Which devices does Kuzi work on?
iPhone (iOS 16 and up) and Android (8 and up). The download page has the App Store and Google Play links.
Which languages does Kuzi support?
The app interface is currently in Turkish. We're working on a multilingual version.

Is my data shared with anyone?
No. Your account, profile, product, routine and skin diary data stay in your account only. We don't sell data for ads. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
Where are skin diary photos stored?
They're stored encrypted on our servers, tied to your account. Only for you. Not shared with third parties, not used in marketing material.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Privacy & support → Delete account, or by writing to [email protected]. After your request we delete your data completely within 30 days.
I signed in with Apple/Google — is there no password?
No password. You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google, so you never have to keep or manage one. Account security depends on that provider's own security.

Is Kuzi paid?
Downloading is free, and you explore the app with a free trial. After that Kuzi runs on a subscription — weekly, monthly and yearly plans. You'll see current prices in the app.
What's in the subscription?
Everything. There's no separate Premium tier: product shelf, routine tracking, skin diary, smart reminders — the subscription opens all of it.
Will I see ads?
No ads. As a side revenue channel, sponsored content banners can show up now and then; an ad-free experience is a baseline for everyone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed from your Apple or Google account (turning off renewal, refunds). We point you there from inside the app too.

How often do notifications arrive?
Morning and evening, just twice. No back-to-back reminders, and no nudges at night. You can set the frequency and which topics you hear about in settings.
What is the location permission for?
It's optional. Only if you allow it, we use your device's approximate location for weather and the UV forecast. No constant tracking — you can turn it off in system settings anytime.
